By booking an appointment with Aire Aesthetics and Body Contour, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to protect both the client and the practitioner and to ensure a smooth and professional experience for all parties.

1. Payment Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated.

Alternatively, a non-refundable deposit may be paid to secure the appointment, with the remaining balance due at the start of your appointment.

All payments must be made through the accepted methods provided at the time of booking. Appointments will not be confirmed until payment or deposit is received.

2. Cancellations & Missed Appointments

If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited and will not be refunded under any circumstances.

If you have paid in full and do not attend, no refund will be issued unless otherwise agreed by the owner.

Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in the appointment being cancelled or shortened, and the deposit or full payment may be lost.

3. Rescheduling Policy

Clients are encouraged to give as much notice as possible if rescheduling is required.

It is at the sole discretion of the owner whether a deposit or payment can be transferred to a new date. Circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Repeated rescheduling or cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

4. Refunds

All treatments are non-refundable once performed.

Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations or individual results does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the owner, following full investigation.

5. Consent & Results

By booking and attending an appointment, you confirm that you understand and accept the treatment being provided, including potential risks, side effects, and expected outcomes.

Results may vary from person to person. While we strive for excellence, results are not guaranteed.

6. Legal Notice

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
